TrackServe is designed to support referral management while respecting the confidentiality of information handled by authorized program personnel.
Information is collected and processed only for legitimate referral-management, service monitoring, reporting, and accountability functions.
Users must access only information necessary for their assigned duties. Personal and household information must not be disclosed to unauthorized persons.
TrackServe maintains access controls, audit records, and soft-delete controls. Permanent deletion is restricted to the SuperAdmin role.
This baseline is intended to support compliance-oriented implementation under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173). The final production notice should be reviewed and approved by the organization's privacy officer/legal authority.
